This policy explains how DreamKeychain (“we”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information when you use DreamKeychain.com (the “Site”) and our services.
Audio or video messages are retained only for as long as necessary for their purpose: enabling playback via the QR code associated with your keychain.
No maximum retention period is imposed: files may be kept beyond 36 months if you request it or continue to actively use the service.

Recommended limits (performance & compatibility): to ensure fast and reliable playback on mobile devices, we recommend files of up to 5 minutes (audio or video) and 100 MB per file.
Recommended formats: Video MP4 (ideally H.264/AAC) • Audio MP3 or M4A. Some less common formats may be accepted, but may not be compatible with all devices (e.g., certain iPhones/browsers).
We share your data only with:
You have the right to access your personal information, request corrections, withdraw consent, request deletion, or request cessation of dissemination, in accordance with Law 25 and applicable privacy laws.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data (SSL encryption, restricted access, backups, firewall).
Card payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider (for example, Stripe). DreamKeychain never has access to your full credit card number. Payment details are encrypted and processed directly by the provider, in accordance with its own privacy policies and applicable security standards (such as PCI-DSS).
To exercise your rights of access, correction, deletion, portability, or withdrawal of consent, you may contact us at [email protected]. We may request proof of identity before processing your request, to protect the confidentiality of your information.

Your data may be stored in Canada. Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses, equivalents, etc.).
In the European Union, certain cookies may only be placed with your consent. Refusal must be as easy as acceptance.

DreamKeychain manufactures personalized keychains combining a printed or engraved design with a QR code linking to an audio or video message.
Prices are generally displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD), unless otherwise stated. Your financial institution may apply conversion fees.
You are responsible for the content you provide. You confirm you have the necessary rights or permissions.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, DreamKeychain’s liability for any direct damages related to a purchase is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order. DreamKeychain will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data, loss of profits, reputational harm, or similar) arising from the use of the Site or products, or the inability to use them.

The DreamKeychain brand, logo, and content are protected and may not be reproduced without written authorization.
The Site and DreamKeychain services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over. Minors may use the Site only under the supervision and authorization of their parents or legal guardians, who remain responsible for such use.
↑ Back to topIf your keychain arrives damaged or contains a production error, please contact us ideally within 7 days of receipt, with photos and your order number.
If the issue is due to customer-provided information (photos, names, files), a free replacement is not guaranteed. A favorable solution may be offered.
If Canada Post declares a shipment lost after verification, we may resend the product or offer a refund.
For customers in the European Union, the 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases does not apply to products made to order or clearly personalized to your specifications, such as our personalized keychains. This does not affect your rights in case of a manufacturing defect, non-conformity, or mandatory consumer protection rights in your country.
If you experience any issue — delay, production error, delivery problem, or concerns — we invite you to contact us directly before taking steps with your financial institution, the carrier, or any other platform (including chargebacks). We are a small family-run, artisan business, and we truly care about each order. We will always do our best to resolve the situation quickly and amicably.
↑ Back to topOrders are shipped from our workshop in Canada. Since each keychain is handmade and fully personalized, a production time of 1 to 3 business days may apply before shipment.
Our free shipping option is sent via Canada Post standard mail, without tracking. For a small personalized item like a keychain, adding tracking would increase postage from roughly $3.50 to over $20, which would be disproportionate compared to the product price. This choice allows us to keep pricing reasonable and accessible for everyone.
Although standard mail does not include tracking, the vast majority of shipments arrive without issues. If you have questions or concerns, our team is available to help.
If you experience any issue — delays, a package that seems late, delivery concerns — please contact us directly before filing external claims or initiating payment disputes. We are a small artisan business and will always do our best to resolve matters quickly and amicably.

To keep pricing accessible, shipments are sent via standard mail without tracking, as indicated on the product page. You grant DreamKeychain a limited license solely to host and make your content available through the QR code linked to your keychain.
We may suspend or remove content that is clearly illegal or reported by authorities.
